THINGS THEY MAKE ME WEAR !

All my life i dreamed of being a chef...and..as each day progresses i am getting a step closer to achieving my dream!! i love cooking !i really do! i fought with my parents ..left engg..wasted a truck load of their money..and finally i am getting to do what i love to do!..COOK ..AND BY GOD..i cook well!(ppl who have tasted my food will have some real nice words to say about it!)..

...but enough said about my cooking skills,there is a lot to hotel mgmt than one can expect...especially the dirty parts..which no 1 mentions while takin' an admission!

there are 4 basic depts in a hotel ..

1. food production(kitchen & bakery)






2. rooms division(front office&house keeping






3. food &beverage(restaurants,room service etc.)

OK so i just found out !there are only 3 main depts!(surprise!surprise!)

not every1 likes all the depts ..neither do I!..but wtf u have to bear with the rest !(like u have an option!..its jus like wen we had 2 study civics and economics in school rembr!)

as if doing what u don't like to do..all in the name of gettin a H.M degree u also have to put up with the not-so-cool uniforms!

1 thing i realised after joining h.m is u r not left with a social life..the guthka eating,paan chewing,tambaku swallowing co-worker is ur social life!

and also u can't shop anymore!!coz u will die in the uniform u wear!

(call me a girl ..but i love to shop!i will shop till i drop!trust me !and that's wad i miss the most..)

no.1: the housekeeping uniform

makes me look more like ward boy vitthal than ur housekeeping guy!

soo..if u love cleaning toilets and like to scrub floors this is THE place to hang !hommi!

no 2): the waiters uniform

if had a lil more meat on me ..perhaps i would make a lot of money serving middle aged society women as a STRIPPER ..than serving fat,bald businessmen in a 5 * hotel as a waiter!but then again life ain fair!*sigh*

feast ur eyes on the bitch ..of fat,bald businessmen!!!

no 3): the chef's coat

i love it !there is no other piece of clothing i love in my wardrobe than my trusty chef's coat

i will wear it even on my wedding day if given the choice!hell i think i will!

there ain nuttin i would do after putting it on!.it makes me feel sexy(although i may not look like )but wtf! i love it!i really do..!
